Default AC doesn't blow enough air to the upper vents

I have a 1995 Z71 4X4 and I have a couple problems. # 1 The ac doesnt seem to blow enough air out the upper face vents. Ther's air still coming out the defogger or windshield vents. The speeds all work fine except for high. It changes speeds up and down. you can hear it get louder. when it kicks down i can turn it down to the next lower speed and it will go lower so its not slowing down to that speed. The AC has to run wide open all the time to cool the truck. I was wondering how does it switch from the other modes. (defogger, floor, face, etc.) It switches fine in the other modes but i think it should not blow on the windshield when i select the front vents only.
#2 Where can I find a gasket for the third break light on the cab? everywhere I look I have to buy the whole light assembly and it ain't cheap! My thruk is a reg cab. Thanks, Chris

Default

I couldn't exactly find the gasket either.

Here's what I found; sorry to disappoint.
