ac on/ heat blows

my 2004 silverado blows heat from drivers intermittently. resets when truck is shut off and restarted

it is most likely your ac controls my passenger did that to me and i order a new ac control off ebay and i hace been blowing cold ever since

the same happen in my dads 03 but it blew out hot air no matter what he did
the fix went to the local chevy place and they replaced the computer part and *** switches witch all cost at a hurtful 1000$
