No it is not, there is not enough clearance, also the 6.0 in 2000 will be a dog behind the Allison as it takes a lot of power to twist this Trans, it is not a very good conbination.
With that said; anything is possible if you willing to foot the bill and/or R&D things yourself and are very resourceful.
