Default bagged 95 ext cab

does anyone know if you have to cut the firewall to tuck 24s on a 95 ext cab chevy

Ha guess Doug doesn't like lowered trucks. I like em all. I have a z71 so I've never done this myself but I have friends that have done this and it all depends on how you wanna do this. What I mean is when you are parked I'm guessing you want it to sit on the ground and tuck em all the way in. For this you will definitely cut all the wheel wells and grind off the lip of fender (easy). The part when you are gonna have to get into firewall is when you are trying to drag frame when driving. If you just cut out all wheel wells and inside of fender i see no problem dropping frame when you are parked and when driving just sit up about 2-3 inches and I'm sure you already know avoid sharp turns. I hope this helps you a little bit. Oh and to tuck back wheels in you prob need to cut rear wheel wells all the way.
