Default Block heater Silverado 1500

Hi all

I park my truck outside. With winter coming, I have a practical question.

Can someone recommend an easy, DIY, block heater that I can use for it?

It's 2000 5.3L LT model, if it makes any difference.

About the easiest is to install one in the lower hose. Yes you will have to drain the rad.
