Default Compressor Relay not pulling in

96 Silverado 1500, AC compressor relay not pulling in. Jumped out the cycle switch on the accumulator and the high pressure switch on the manifold on top of the compressor still won't come on. I can jump out the relay and the clutch pulls in and the air blows cold. I am getting 12v to the coil of the relay. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there another pressure switch?

Thanks
Bryan

All I have is a 99 schematic. It shows the relay control from the vehicle control module, through cutoff switch. My guess is the switch tells the module to turn it on.

Thanks for the reply Kevin. I have a general schematic out of a Haynes manual for the 96 and it shows a high pressure switch, a low pressure switch and a cycle switch but I have only been able to locate two switches. I believe the control module is breaking the negative side. I checked the relay and I am getting the 12v at the relay but I am not getting the ground on the other side.
