Default Considering Jump to GM - 2007 2500HD ?

I am considering the jump from my Ford to GM. Specifically a 2007 (new body style), 2500hd, 6.0, CC, 4x4, LTZ.

First, what type of gas mileage do these trucks get on straght highway at 75mph. I don't go 60 so please don't tell me what you get at 60

Second, we may tow a 5th wheel with this truck. Approximatley 10k loaded with a 1900lb pin weight. What will mileage be like with this? Will this be a bad match for the gasser and should I stick to the D/A?

We live in VA and do take on mountains just not mountains like our brethens out West. Thanks for the feedback.
