Default Cutout exhaust

I've been trying to find a real answer to my problem on cutouts, and I can't seem to find a thread that has the same problem as me. I have true dual exhaust from my BBK shorties to 3" high flow cats and then it goes through my 12" dynomax bullets and exits from the bumper. I want to install manual cutouts directly behind the headers. The top O2 sensors don't concern me, but would the ones after the cats be thrown off due to less exhaust going through them? I have to pass inspection and I don't want to put them after the cats.

First off, the shorty headers aren't really doin anything for you, especially on a 99 and up truck. And yes, if you put them in directly after the headers, you'll throw a code because the back sensors readings will be off
