Cool dash info

Ifigured it out It is the OLM that comes on. I did some research & by the book / manual in the glove box the way to reset it does not work. You have to get in truck close door, turn key on depress gas peddal x3 & the OLM flashes to OLM reset. After that it is reset. Why pay the dealer $60 to do that. Just some FYI for all.

Hi D G Grumpy,

Welcome to the Chevy Forums.

Just wait till the anti-knock sensors go bad and set off your emissions controls light on your dash. Then, for the sake of sensors which the truck hasn't needed since 25,000 miles, you either have to buy a programmer or rip your whole engine intake apart, in order to pass state inspection.

I mean, having a computer in my truck JUST ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH!

Could somebody put a computer in my toilet, stove, and cigarette lighter next?
