Default Exhaust and Intake

Looking at doing both on my 13' Silverado 1500 5.3l. I've been looking at Flowmaster outlaw series, but they are pricey. And suggestions for similar? And not sure about intake yet. Probably K&N. Again any suggestions to get this done at a more affordable price without surrendering quality?

Try Magnaflow Performance Exhausts. For cold air intakes, AIRAID Air Intakes are much cheaper.

Man, those AIRAID MIT's are cheaper! Do you have any problems with O2 censors or check engines after that? Basically does it require you to tune or chip after replacing the intake tube?
