front shocks

Default front shocks

I recently bought a set of front Bilstein shock for my 2005 2500HD. The OEM shocks have a steel bushing in the upper rubbers. The Bilstiens do not and the sleeve from the original will not work with the new rubber dampers. What now?

ok I'm a dumba$$. The new rubber bushings keep the shock stem centered.
