I am stumped here, so here is the issue. 2001 Silverado 4.3L, the injectors are not getting a grounding signal so they are not firing. I am getting 12V to the injectors, and I can manually ground the system and they will fire..
Some background:

I also have 12V at the injector wires at the PCM connection

I jumpered both ground wires that run into the pcm and jumped them to the neg side of the battery, so that tells me its not bad ground issue

I changed the cam position sensor, and the ignition control module, still didnt do anything.

I do have spark, I tried starting with the MAF sensor unhooked as well

It needed a new steering column so I put that in, was having troubles with the security light and the passlock system with the "new" column. Got that sorted out, reason I think that is not the issue is security light no longer flashes, and before it wouldnt even crank, just did nothing, now no light and engine cranks.

I am thinking it might need a new PCM... but really not sure, and never put one it so dont know if its just plug and play or if theres more to it. Any help is appreciated!

Side note.. not sure if its related but truck drains battery when off, it pulls about .6amps when everything is off, no clue why or if its related but worth mentioning
