Thats possibly fried. You can get them at Radioshack. If you ohm it out you should be able to tell if its fried.
Might be labor intensive taking out all those screws to get the front end off. lol

You should be able to access the wiring if you take out your turn signals, if you wanted to check your resistors and such. If it's not the resistor, then it's most likely the LED; and you ought to be able to switch those out without much issue.
I believe we have the same headlights; you should be able to take the lens off without any issues (metal clips). If they wont come off that way, you can put them in the oven at (I believe) 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then you can take the lens off, and access the halo LED's. If you do everything slowly and carefully, then everything should be absolutely fine.
But check the resistors first as EvansBlue suggested.

Thats interesting. I stalled them on my cousin's Suburban and the resistor was mounted on the back of the assembly...
Probably just a difference in brand.

Mine actually allowed me to mount them wherever; they were in the middle of the wire, and I'm assuming his are too if ours are indeed the same.
Either way, headlights are easy to pull out; two bolts and they come right out man.

It could be either/or/both, really. If only one is lighting up in one halo, it makes me think that one bulb went out, but if both went out at the same time in the other, that would lead me to believe it's an electrical (resistor) problem.

Cool beans man; did you order a set of 8? IE, both headlights, turn signals, and the side markers?
If you're still interested in selling yours, give me some more information; like what all would be included, etc.
Have fun with your new projectors!
