HID conversion help
My grandson bought and installed a HID leadlight conversion kit for his '88 Silverado. All went well well for awhile, now one of the "halo's" don't work, and the other looks like a strobe light, both while on low beam. High beam is ok, I guess. Anybody have a suggestion where to look, or what to replace. He has discarded the instructions and packaging. Thanks.
