Hid lights

Hi Guys ok so i Bought a set of HID Lights for my 96 Silverado ex cab
These r Plug and play I Connected one side it didn't turn on
called the shop that sold them to me I Took 'm over He Tested them
and They Work just fine.
And to make sure He asked one of his co-workers for his car keys we went outside the parking lot he connected it and light turn on
one of my neighbors owns a 95 Suburban I tried on hes and nothing happens
I Wonder if i Need some kind of Relay or reversed polarity... Thank u for ur Help

I believe you need a transformer for HID lights. Some vehicles have HID from the factory and have a built in transformer. You should have got the transformer with the kit. This might be your problem.
