So I purchased a Hypertech Max Energy tuner for my used 2000 Silverado 2500 after owning the truck a couple months. after updating it on my computer and what not, I was set to install on my truck. Everything as going good it seemed until the end when I got the error code B2 (Invalid Stock). Meaning it had a tune on it previously. So read some stuff and found out I needed a reflash of my computer. so took it to the dealer today and got it reflashed. Get home and put the tuner back in to install and get the same error!!! Please Help!!!! Gunna call hypertech on Monday.

 

The B2 Error means you were already programmed and were programming over its self. If you went back to stock then went to dealer it should work. If not give us a call and have part number and serial number ready.
