I am in Brazil and recently bought a 2008 Silverado K3500 LTZ who was arrested by customs in Brazil in 2008. The truck has never worked, is less than 300 miles driven.
This week I changed the engine oil, diesel swapped, changed the batteries and ran the vehicle. So began my nightmare: The warning light injection engine will enter the engine power is low and usually the truck only goes in third gear.
I have spent the scanner and turned out the errors, the vehicle normal work for ten minutes and again the light goes on and the vehicle slows down again. I need HELP, what can I do ???

this message is appearing on the panel:
"SERVICE 4 WHEEL DRIVE"
the manual is written as follows:
"This message displays if a problem occurs with the
four-wheel-drive system. If this message appears, stop
as soon as possible and turn off the vehicle. Restart
the vehicle and check for the message on the DIC
display. If the message is still displayed or appears
again when you begin driving, the four-wheel-drive
system needs service. See your dealer/retailer."
But dealer/retailer here in my city do not know what should be done.
On the button to select 4x2 or 4x4 is off, no lights or LEDs, but no fuze burned, already checked.
I still do not know what to do...
