idle problems when cold

I have a 2002 1500HD. When it is cold outside and I crank my truck, the engine will idle high then low. Even to the point of going dead. Aftera minute or twoit runs great, no problems. I have two computer codes P0106 and P0300. Can anyone HELP? Also, my gas mileage is only 11.2. This seems a little low. I think it may have something to do with the problems I am having. Thanks.

DTC Code: 16490
P Code: P0106
Description: Manifold Abs.Pressure or Bar.Pressure Range/Performance
DTC Code: 16684
P Code: P0300
Description: Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
Looks like your P0300 code is creative the P0106 problem. Could be distributor or plug wires. Change the plugs and move up the chain...

Kidunot, have you solve the cold idle ? did riccas suggestion send you in the right direction?
I have 02 2500HD with same problem. I have added injector cleaner to the fuel, replaced the plugs. Next the wires I guess. Posted earlier today about aftermarket or oem wires, haven't decided which way to go yet. I'm not showing any codes.

Lots of injector cleaner is passing through it now, no joy.
Looking at the intake for a leak, if no luck I'll head into the injectors.
With no codes I'm just kind of poking around.

Intake gasket has failed. OEM parts are the way to go here as aftermarket suppliers have not corrected the problem with the gasket. kidunot, look around the front of the intake, this is where most are failing. GM parts about $150.00.
