idler & tensioner pulley torque specs?

idler & tensioner pulley torque specs?
I'm changing the belts on my '03 silverado and the tensioner and idler pulley should both be replaced, ive got them in my hand and ready to take the old ones off. But I don't know if there right hand or left hand thread or what the torque specs are, Ive got a haynes manual but that thing wouldn't even make good a$$wipe, any help?
