1999 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab Z71 with a 5.3 liter.

Problem-It starts fine when it is cold, and runs fine. As soon as it is warmed up, it hard starts. It takes about 7-10 turns to start, unless I hit the gas then it sputters and starts after about 4-5 cranks. Again, once warmed up it will start to stall at stops and occasionally it does stall.<O

2 months ago the fuel pump went out on it, and I thought that it was it. So I had the pump, filter and relay changed, and it still does it. Any input to any ideas that you guys have would be so appreciated.
Thank you for looking!
