Default just dies

1988 k2500, 350 auto. Truck just dies without warning, it will then restart and be fine...new coil, dist, other parts are fairly new included iac, map, egr...wierd..no codes at present time. Ing. Control Mod tested out ok at autozone. Really sounds like an electrical problem, oh just installed new fuel pump and new gas filter also. Truck has a good idle and power when running.
thanks,
joe

i thought the pickup coil was in the dist, the last one lasted 144k miles so just decided to just replace distributor and coil anyway.
