knock sensor
I am getting a DTC code of P0327. Does any one know if this is the the front or rear knock sensor (rear being closer to fire wall) and how can they be tested? I replaced both about 5 months ago and would like to try to test before i pull the intake again?

RE: knock sensor
This dtc is for front knock sensor.you can test it with DMM (digital multi meter )
Important:If an engine knock can be heard, repair the engine mechanical condition before proceeding with this dtc's
Check the knock sensor for proper installation. A knock sensor that is loose or over torqued may cause the DTC to set
If DTCs P0327 and P0332 are set at the same time, inspect for poor connections at the KS harness jumper, located at the left rear side of the intake manifold.
[ol]Remove the intake manifold sight shield.
Disconnect the knock sensor (KS) jumper harness connector located on the left side of the intake manifold.
Set the DMM to the 400Kohm scale.
Measure the resistance of the affected KS using the DMM connected to battery ground. [/ol]
Is the resistance of the knock sensor within the specified range? value-
93K-107Kohms.
