Default leveling kit

so today after i got home from work. for ****s and gigs i measured the distance between each fender and a line on each tire. front right=10 3/4 inches, back right=9 3/4, front left=10 3/8, back left 10 7/16. what can i do to get this as close as possible to equally level in all directions?
