Default looking at a 2004 1500 4.8l

Like the title says I'm looking at a 2004 Silverado 1500 4x4 with the 4.8L V8 with 130k miles. I was wondering any common problems specific to the 4.8l and to the vehicle its self. I used the search function and found the AC goes out and that is the only thing that i could find. I'm going to be trading my 2001 Jeep Cherokee rock crawler for it and it is worth about 9000. Am I getting the better deal? I had to include a link of my jeep.

it's just a straight up trade for the jeep? depends on what all is done to the truck compared to the jeep. if you have less miles on the jeep and don't get too bad of gas mileage I'd keep it..but if there's less mileage on the truck and there's nothin wrong with it then go for it. just know the 4.8 isn't gonna be the greatest of gas mileage if you plan to do some liftin or puttin bigger tires than stock on it.

the jeep has only 103k miles and I know the engine will last at least to 250k. the truck has 130k miles, not planning on lifting it. the only things done to it is flowmaster exhaust and a leveling kit. Was the blue a stock color that year or has it been repainted?

blue is stock for that year...the dark blue color I assume right? and yeah I'd do it, just to have a truck. I love my truck and wouldn't get rid of it
