Default lower ball joint nut!! help asap!!

2000 CHEVY SILVERADO 5.3L 4WD LT****
CURRENTLY ALMOST DONE WITH MY 6 INCH LIFT. LOST 2 LOWER BALL JOINT NUTS...NEED TO GET MY TRUCK UP AND WORKING FOR THE WORK WEEK AND NEED TO KNOW THE EXACT THREAD SIZE AND I KNOW ITS A 3/4 NUT. BUT ALL THE 3/4 NUTS I HAVE DONT FIT THEY ARE TOO COARSE OR THIN THREAD. IF ANYONE KNOWS PLEASE HELP! ALL THE NUTS I HAVE DONT THREAD ON. almost desperate to drive it to a shop.... worried it will fall apart on me.

It is probably metric. Go buy 2 new lower ball joints and take the nuts then retur they rest. Do not drive it without the nuts it will fall apart

well they wouldn't take the rest if i didn't return the nut with it..i asked that already.

Get a thread pitch guage, and measure the diameter of the stud. Where I live there are at least two specialty places that just do fasteners. Or you might try the dealer they might have a part number for the nut alone.
