Default metal ticking then turning right....dont know

I have an 01 silverado 4x4 145000 miles on it, Ive recently replaced my ball joints and tie rods while i was doing this i went ahead and replaced the axle shaft seals. well got the jobe done and had it alligned drove it for a little while and started hearing a metal on metal ticking coming from the front left when i turn right only. almost sounded like a bearing to me so i replaced the cv shaft...noise still there, so figured it might be the hub replaced it....still there, maybe its the axle shaft bearing replaced it....still there, so i went ahead and rebuilt the front diff and no luck its still there. I had the ujoints replaced about 15000 miles ago. I checked everything stuff hitting tires, something loose....I do not know where to go from here.....if anyone can help it would be great....ive seen the same issues on other posts but no results were ever posted.

What about the brake pads? 01 I think may have used the wear indicators, you didn't mention pads.

If you took removed the upper A bracket, could be a loose bolt from a shotty alignment. had a simular issue on an oldsmobile I have when i replaced the rear independant suspension supports...one loose bolt.
