is the custom tune you are talking about an actual programmer or chip?

neither one...it's done with efilive or hptuners. just depends on which one the tuner uses

It's not like superchips, hypertech, or edge programmers and its not like the JET chips or the ones you see on ebay claimin to get 50 hp and 4 mpg
