Exclamation Need help on my 1500 pickup engine!!

I Have a 1500 pick up 93' . The engine is not the stock one, how can you tell if its a 454, are there any easy things to look for....please help.

I suppose get the model number off the engine and if
the number itself isn't in the M# you can google it
