Default New here, weird question...

Hey, new here... but am having a problem... I've got a 2008 Silverado z71 LT and here lately I've been hearing clunks and creaks under my feet when driving. Traded my old vehicle and bought the z71 last Monday. The dealership added after market running boards.

I've been reading and some people have been having problems with after market running boards creaking and clunking. I've checked steering components, suspension components, and drive train components. The creaking and popping only occurs while turning/breaking and when it feels like weight is shifting. Any ideas? Anything else to check would be wonderful. Thanks!
