Just picked up a 1994 silverado 4x4, its in pretty good condition with a little bit of rust but not terrible

only 2 owners and female owned for the last one, she said she didnt drive it very much, it only has 120,000 miles. Got it for only 1800 so couldnt pass it up, she told me there were no issues and it was a great truck for her

anyway when i was driving it home check engine light came on, did the old paperclip troubleshoot and it was 02 sensor, looked under the pickup and it was unplugged, easy fix havent seen the light since

I have noticed that the truck has a rough idle at times when it warms up and it actually died once, otherwise it runs and shifts great

What do you guys think i should do first tune up wise? I know fluids should probably be changed if it was sitting at all and any ideas on the idle problem?
