I have a 2001 Silverado 1500 5.3 with 140000 miles. Went out this morning and the truch won't crank or turn over or anything. With the key in the start position the relay clicks but nothing happens. I have checked the relays, and fuses and so far everything seems to have checked out fine. It just seems that voltage isn't making it past the relay or something. I'm going to check at the starter and see if voltage is getting there. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks</P>

How about the battery, did you check that? Also check for burned fusable links. If you do find a burnt link, you have a short somewhere. Try jumping the truck off, If that will start it, it could be either the battery or altenator.
