Question Odd electrical problem

Hello all, new to the forum so thanks in advance for any advice. I have an 02 Silverado Dmax with an odd interior dash lighting problem. When the ebrake is engaged, all of the turn signal, hazards and gauges work fine. When I disengage the brake, both of the turn arrows glow faintly, the abs light comes on and when the turn signal or hazards are engaged the relay buzzes (already tried replacing...) and the gear selector goes dark. I am completely confused. Was thinking relays, grounds etc. I have checked everything I can see. Please help! Thanks

my brother has an 06 duramax and he had the same problem when he left the window down in a rainstorm, but after a couple days of drying out everything was fine again
