Default P/S problem on 92

Ok I just put a new motor in my 92 1500, and had to replace the ps pump cause the threads were toast. No biggie. Got new pump installed, but the high line wouldnt tighten up. So I bought a new one and I'll be darn if that one wont tighten up and leaks like a sive. Any ideas??? I have no clue. I cant tighten that nut anymore and leaks, leaks........ UGH!
When i got the new pump, they told me to remove the two mounting bolts from the old one. They didnt have me remove the nipple where the high line screws into. Could they be different??

I may be mistaken but don't the lines have small o-rings on them? If so... did you use new o-rings?
