Default P0121 trouble code

Hello everyone.

Having a prob with my Silverado, 2010 5.3L 4x4.
Check engine light come on and shows a code,

P0121 throttle/pedal position sensor a circuit range/performance

Called dealership on it as its only showing 45K on the odometer. They tell me its not under warranty, so...where do i need to start troubleshooting?

Thanks in advance. Oh yea, when the light is on, my remote start doesnt work, factory system, and i've not noticed anything different as far as the power or acceleration.

Ok, decided to check TB. Pulled air intake tube and looked inside. There was quite a bit of build up inside around butterfly. Cleaned it all out real good, now it idles at 3K RPM. Question is, is there a quick way to relearn the system? Or does it have to be done with a scan tool? I've read where you can take power off PCM, get it up to temp, block wheels, idle for 5 minutes in drive, idle 5 minutes in park, shut it off and wait at least 30 seconds. Start it back up and drive it at varying RPM for 30 miles....does this sound right??

**UPDATE**

The above mentioned process doesn't work, well, not within 45 miles anyway. I now have 3 more codes that have come up on my reader;

P0507 Cnf Mod 00 IAC RPM higher than expected

P0507 Pnd Mod 00 IAC RPM higher than expected

P0507 Prm Mod 00 IAC RPM higher than expected

I'm at a loss, this new hi-tec stuff blows my mind. I'm going to continue to drive it for a few days back and forth to work, 50 miles round trip, to see if it helps. If not, well, i guess it goes to the dealership unless some of you can help. Thanks again : )
