Power to fuel pump relay but no power to fuel pump fuel. Please help

Power to fuel pump relay but no power to fuel pump fuel. Please help
Ok after checking I have power to the relay but no power to the fuse. I ran a wire from the pump side of the fuel hosing to the battery. Pump runs fine. Tried to start it and it wouldn't fire. Figured the relay was bad so I replaced it still no power to the fuse. Can someone please help I can't seem to figure this out.
