Robowcop

Today I put in a new touch screen deck and after I got it all put together I started up my truck and I have a service 4wd and service break system come on and I had an electric hair horn stop working too, I didn’t cut any wires or splice into anything when I got the stereo the guy sold me one of those little black boxes that do the warning chime because when you take the stock stereo out it takes stops it from chiming, and it came with a connector that plugs right into the old stereo harness so I matched up all the wires connected then and also I have a obd2 edge cts2 monitor and now all a sudden it won’t work either anyone have any similar problems?
