pull it or not?
iv got a 2003 1500 LT and i was wondering if i should drop the tranny my self or have the shop do it. im asking this becasue i dont know if they need the truck or not for the computer or whatever reasons...its not going into drive or 3 it just makes a noise, only has reverse, 1, 2. the truck was shifted into drive at a very high rpm.

Do a thread search on "4L60E transmission" here in this section. There's diagrams, explanations,warranty info, it's apparently a very common breakdown, and one most big shops should be familiar with.
