Rear Position Lights INOP

Rear Position Lights INOP
Fuses for my 2004 2500HD Duramax's rear running lights keep blowing, and the nice man in blue said to get it fixed. I have an aluminum Hillsboro flatbed that has been trouble free for several years.
The first was the 10A fuse labelled RR PARK. That was followed by the LR PARK, and that one has blown multiple times.
I crawled under to inspect wiring / conduits but no obvious problem was found. What should I do next? Do we replace the larger block fuse (?) just to the right labelled PARK LP?
Thanks. CJ
