Default Rebuilding 96 2500

I am planning on rebuilding my 2500 with a 350 in it and I am going to be using it to haul horses andd other heavy loads including snowplowing. I am not sure if I should add any upgrades to it while I have it apart such as cam shaft. any ideas I would really appreciate the help.

from what I hear tho is that the rv cams bring you speed way down. Is that true?

Not really, we used to put rv cams in all our pickups and I never noticed a loss of top speed, and honestly an rv cam improved performance, compared to the trucks that were still stock. does improve low end torque.

for pulling a trailer and snowplowing, I'd confidently suggest it as an option.

I recommend electric cooling fans and not the chinese variety about 250 bucks and a large tranny cooler to further cool your motor extending oil life of both engine and tranny..
