Default Removing front Bowtie

After seeing how great my rear bowtie looks painted, I want to paint the front one. How do you pull the Bowtie off with out breaking anything?
I also have no problem pulling the grill off to paint the bowtie either, but can't figure that out. I feel kinda dumb. i can usually figure this stuff out.
EDIT: I have the newest body style Chevy. The NNBS

Doesn't feel bolted, I think it's those plastic clips, which I always break.

As for the paper, you shoulda seen my tailgate after I got done with the bowtie. I had it laying in the bed of the truck. Mostly covered, but it was real windy, the overspray was horrible. Luckily goof off is awesome.

Mine was 2 10MM lock nuts on the back. Took litterally 2 minutes to take off and put back on. I didnt have any tape or glue on mine but yours is a the new model so might be different.

It would be 10mm. I have 1 10mm wrench, and no socket... That has been an issue the past couple of weeks...

it'll work... I just have to much money to go to the tool store right now... I'll get irresponsible, real fast in a hardware store at the moment.
