For several years we have been debadging motorcycles, Use a hair dryer to get the adhesives loose and then the letters or emblems will come off. Some also use fishing line to saw behind the badge after heating it up, WD 40 or goof off works great for taking the residue off. Since your truck is new there shouldn't be any ghosting.

What are you doing with your Texas Edition emblems? I would like them. I have Texas pride, but bought a used truck with the same amenities. Don't know if the previous owner took them off or what.
