Default Reset CPU

I installed a KN cold air intake on my 2010 Silverado LTZ, but did not disconnect battery. Now at low speed/gear when I let off gas and then push on gas I have a rumbling sound then it smooths out. Can I disconnect battery to reset CPU in attempt to fix problem.

This may or may not fix your particular issue, but it couldn't hurt. Just make sure the Neg side is disconnectected not the Pos. Wait 10-30 seconds to allow time to reset, then hook it back up. You may also want to invest in a hand held scanner/programmer to help diagnose these types of problems in the future. I had the one from Superchips but I wish I bought the Vortex from them. (it has many more options of adjustment)
