Default retrofiting solid front bumper ends for foglights

Instead of having to pay money to throw away perfectly good solid front bumper ends-which I Like- just to replace with ones that have stock recessed foglights molded in. ..does anyone make a retrofit kit that any knucklehead some skills and a die grinder can cut and pop them into. The thing seems to be finding an assembly (housing) that would accomodate the radius of the bumper ends. Again not so hard with injection molding to make a plastic housing thats recessed like stock but with a with a lip to dress your retrofit cut. Im not looking for curved glass here. I thought about using the valance but not enough room with tow hooks and lights mounted to plastic bounce. I would like to maintain some stock appearanceven if my bros laugh at me for the redneck engineering. 2008 silverado z71 4x4 ext cab. THANKS
