Default Silverado 2007 Extended Cab

My question is what navigation unit can I put in my truck that will work replacing my current one came with it. I have onstar and phone and all that stuff but would like to add the navigational DVD unit in place of the radio that I have. Ebay shows lots of different part numbers and i'm not sure which one will work in my truck or do they all work? Any help?
Thanks, Bart

Try this! For what it is worth...there have been a lot of guys do it, but the cost seems to be around 900.00-1200 when it is all said and done. You can get a nice aftermarket with Bluetooth, NAV, DVD, Ipod, SD card, USB... for 800.00-1400.00. Good luck
