Silverado Navigation, 2007, Non-Bose

CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME; (1) IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET AN OEM NAVIGATION/DVD UNIT FOR MY 2007 NBS SILVERADO w/o BOSE that does not require an amp? IF SO, WHAT ARE THE COMPATIBLE MODEL NUMBERS?
I THOUGHT I HAD THIS FIGURED OUT, WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO INSTALL AND I GOT A DANG BOSE UNIT...

Look at your RPO codes in your glove box. You need UQA for GM nav. If it does not have UQA and you have UQ3 then you will need an amp either aftermarket or OE (GM).

So, if my code is UQ3 I have to have an amp no mater which OEM Nav Unit I purchase? Is this correct? I thought they made some trucks without Bose systems that had Navigation and therefore wouldn't require an amp, but I may be wrong.
