Silverado Steering issues
Okay, here's my problem. Imagine driving a truck with nearly flat tires - You'd expect the responsiveness to be sluggish, especially around a curve. Mine is exactly the opposite. The steering feels too sensitive and while negotiating curves, the steering wheel jerks sporadically to either the left or right (giving the impression that I've lost control).
I've replaced ball joints, tie rod ends, pitman arm and control arm. Not much difference. !
Any ideas?

I'm going to a assume you have parallelogram steering since you have replaced the pitman arm.
Have you bumped a curb or anything recently? have you had the steering gear box adjusted at all? sounds like its a little too tight

I found out the problem. Seems this is very common for Chevy trucks. There is a steering wheel speed sensor under the column. New one cost about $40. However, I took mine off, left it wire and stuffed it in under the dash. The truck steers better than it did when it was new. Ha!
