Silverado Stereo Problem

Silverado Stereo Problem
I have a 2011 Silverado, factory stereo (not bose). The only speakers that work are the super-tweeter above the dash. I have gone through all the stereo settings with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? From what I have read, the non-Bose systems do not have an external amplifier?
