I have tried the OEM 9" wide contoured splash guards, they do not fit right against the factory fender flares, and have damaged the painted finish. I would like to replace them with a flat backed, moulded splashguard w/ the bowtie logo. Does anybody know if GM has these? I do not want wider than the 9" wide contoured type. Any help would be appreciated, the dealer is of no use, told to order by number, but if it's not what I wanted, oh well, I own 'em.

Ask the guys with the trucks which you see on the street that have nice splashguards how they got them. People love bragging about their trucks.Yes, dealers suck. Aftermarket vendors tend to cater to your demands, help you, and charge much less. Get to know some of your local parts store guys, you'd be amazed what they know.-Best of luck--
