Default To Squeak Or Not To Squeak?

I found this problem on the Tahoe section but I thought I would also ask it here since I have a 2007 Silverado. &lt\\;A href=&quot\\;https://chevroletforum.com/m_25191/m...&lt\\;/A&gt\\;. I do know my brakes make a squeak noise when I apply the brake. It only makes the noise when I am just about to a complete stop, I would say the last foot before I am stopped. I am no concerned about this since I will replace the pads and rotors and upgrade the truck. The problem I have is that my truck will make a slight squeaking noise when the brakes are not applied. Usually I can hear the squeak when it echoes off a wall or building or if I am driving really slow with my head out the window. I can not hear it with the windows rolled up and sometimes I do not hear it at all. I seem to only hear after the truck has been on the road for a bit and must be going 15 mph or slower and if I turn the wheel left and rigt quickly I can make the noise more frequent. Any ideas?

check your spindle/hub bearing, it might be going bad.

do the rotors look warped, that could cause some rubbing and squeeking to occur.
