Suggestions for '78 Chevy Cam?
I have a '78 Chevy K/10. 350 sb, TH350 automatic tranny. I'm wondering about what cam would be best to buy for it. I am looking for something where the peak HP is around 5-5500 rpm, because I rarely take it any higher than that, but my stock really doesnt have a whole lot past 3800-4000 rpm. Suggestions?

look into edelbrock's performer series cam kits. you can get the rv cam, which will give ya more torque, low end power, and more horsepower too.
